Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Tracking information will be provided when available. A package marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier will be considered fulfilled unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If a package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed while in transit, customers should contact us promptly so we can assist with available carrier claims or resolution options.

Shipping charges, processing fees, and any applicable taxes or duties may be non-refundable once an order has entered fulfillment, except where otherwise required by law.
